The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) is one of the world’s premier culinary colleges, dedicated to educating and training future leaders in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries. Founded in 1946 to train returning World War II veterans, the CIA offers associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degree programs in culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, food business management, hospitality management, and applied food studies.
